Viburnum plicatum f. tomentosum 'Mariesii'Bright white lacecap like flower clusters cover the tops of the horizontal branches of this doublefile viburnum in April and May. The 'wedding cake' look is quite beautiful as a stand alone specimen, or planted in groups in the spring. This cultivar flowers alongside rhododendrons, and is a wonderful companion to that group of plants. One plant can grow to 10 12 ft tall and 15 ft. wide. The flower clusters appear in two rows, thus the name doublefile.
