This sake is made without the addition of yeasts or lactic acid, making it a no additive fermentation. Omachi rice sourced from local coastal communities in Okayama give this a mineral and textured finish. Delicious with grilled vegetables, cheese and other umami laden dishes. Drink at all temperatures but we recommend chilled or room temp.
