A witty and clever item from the composer who experimented with the nature of sound and composition through chance procedures, including the arrival at sound and duration parameters through coin tosses and the use of playing cards. Color photograph appears to be an image of a paused frame from a television. It is likely that these cards were produced by Cage himself, as we
