Jester King (x The Veil) Tulle 750ml"In January of 2018, we were joined by Matt Tarpey and Dustin Durrance of The Veil for the brew. We brewed a traditional wort of well water, malted barley, raw wheat, and aged hops. At knockout into the coolship, we added several hundred pounds of Texas Wildflower Honey. We then spontaneously fermented and slowly matured the beer in oak barrels for nearly four years before blending! The result is very true to its classical, Lambic inspired roots.
